Does LukaVisions provide other types of products besides prints or digital downloads?
At this time, LukaVisions is considering several different options to have your images printed on. Please check our website frequently for updates or contact us directly and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Does LukaVisions create custom collages or prints?
Yes, LukaVisions specializes in creating custom prints and collages. Please contact us directly for a price quote or continue to check the website for updates.
Does LukaVisions offer refunds?
Our printed photographs are guaranteed for up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. Our digital downloads unfortunately cannot be guaranteed for a refund of any type. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Will my email address or information be sold to a third-party or another company?
No, LukaVisions respects your privacy. We will only use your email address or any other information provided to confirm orders, ship orders, or to contact you specifically if any issues arise. We will never sell your information to another company or disclose it to any other person.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by LukaVisions and its partners. In the future we may consider this.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

How do I pay for my purchases?
Once you have completed your order, select either the "PayPal" icon to pay by credit card, or select the "Check/Money Order" icon at the bottom of your shopping cart.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a highly recognizable and trusted internet service company that allows individuals and businesses to send and receive money online. LukaVisions has an agreement with PayPal to accept credit card transactions.
What type of payment does LukaVisions accept via PayPal?
LukaVisions allows you to pay for your purchases using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit/debit card.
Is PayPal Secure?
Yes, PayPal has gone to great lengths to protect your privacy from identify theft, fraud, and protection for your purchases. To learn more about PayPal, please log onto www.paypal.com.
Can I mail in a check or money order instead of utilizing the PayPal service?
Yes, just select the "Check/Money Order" icon at the bottom of the check out screen. Fill out the required information and select "Submit Form". All purchases will be shipped once payments have been received.

What type of paper are the photographs printed on?
LukaVisions prints all photographs on Kodak Endura E Surface. Kodak states photographs printed on this type of paper should not fade for at least 200 years with proper framing and care.
Does the Copyright watermark appear on the final prints?
No, the copyright watermark that appears on the web page will not appear on the final print. However, if you would like a specific message to appear, then please contact us directly as soon as you submit your order. We can insert any type of script such as date, name, or event.
Can LukaVisions accommodate different print sizes that are not listed on the website?
Yes, LukaVisions can customize any print to any size from 4 inches in width to 44 inches in width. Please contact us directly for price quotes.
What format are the photos in?
All LukaVisions photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I purchase only the downloaded digital image?
Yes, but please contact us directly via email, web-site contact page, phone, or address to make specific arrangements and for price quotes. We would need your contact information and the image number(s) of the photographs to be downloaded. Specific arrangements will then be allowed to either download the images by web-site, email, or shipment of CD.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the LukaVisions photos that I download?
Yes. While LukaVisions offers great freedoms and a wide range of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. However, on certain occasions we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
